Section 01 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the l8o online gaming platform and all its users ("Member" or "you"). These terms apply to the use of the l8o website (https://l8o.lat) and all its services.

In these terms, the words "l8o", "we", "our" and "platform" refer to l8o gaming services and its operating entity. "Services" means all games, betting facilities, payment systems and related features available on the website.

These terms are intended for persons residing in Bangladesh and are to be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. If any clause is found legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

Section 02 Account Registration and Management

To open an account with l8o, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. l8o reserves the right to cancel any account where false or incomplete information has been provided.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Only one account per person is permitted. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be accurate and active.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account to the l8o support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

l8o may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure security and prevent fraud. This process may require copies of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Section 03 Age Verification and Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to participate on l8o:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are managing your own account personally and not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and for your own entertainment.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion or betting restriction.

If it is established during verification that a member opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

Section 04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All rules relating to financial transactions on the l8o platform are set out in detail below.

4.1 Deposit

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits through a third party are prohibited. Deposits made with incorrect information may not be refunded.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may not be approved while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• l8o reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for additional verification without stating a specific reason.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, the withdrawal will remain on hold until the investigation is concluded.

Section 05 Bonus and Promotion Terms

l8o offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The l8o welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active without meeting the required wagering conditions, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts or another person's identity to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• l8o reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds are not equivalent to cash and may only be used for gaming purposes.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time limit, otherwise the bonus will expire.

Section 06 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing games on the l8o platform.

• All bets are final; once confirmed they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game result is declared void due to a technical error, l8o will refund the stake for the relevant bet.
• Winnings obtained as a result of a software malfunction may not be recognised as valid.
• l8o's RNG (Random Number Generator) system ensures impartial results.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the rules of any game, l8o's decision will be considered final.
• If the internet connection is lost, the result of the ongoing game is saved on the server and will be displayed once the connection is restored.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

l8o follows a fair play policy. All game results are entirely random and free from any external influence. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

Section 07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l8o platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated system to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Operating an account using funds belonging to a third party.
• Using l8o's logo, brand name or content without permission.

Section 08 Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, l8o may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Suspicion of involvement in fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from a court or law enforcement authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

If there is a valid balance before the account is closed and no breach of the terms and conditions is found, that balance will be returned to the member.

Section 09 Privacy and Data Protection

l8o places the highest importance on the security of your personal information. Details on how data is collected, used and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Your information will be used only for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity and meeting legal obligations. It will not be sold to any third party.

The platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps your personal and financial information completely secure.

Section 10 Responsible Gaming Policy

l8o believes that gaming is for entertainment only. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Do not treat gaming as a source of income.
• Set daily, weekly or monthly betting limits for yourself.
• Keep your account details out of reach of children.
• If you feel that gaming is harming your daily life, family or career, take a break.

Section 11 Limitation of Liability

l8o accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem.
• Due to a security failure on the member's account (such as sharing passwords, etc.).
• Due to delays or issues caused by a third-party payment provider.
• If service is disrupted due to unforeseen natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
• Any financial loss caused by the member themselves.

In the event of a dispute, l8o's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

Section 12 Right to Modify Terms and Conditions

l8o reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through the platform.

If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions. Please visit this page regularly.

Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication. For any ongoing disputes or transactions to which the previous terms apply, the previous terms will continue to apply.
